After a slew of triumphant, chart-topping releases under our belt, we are extremely excited to welcome our very own You Plus One label boss to the catalogue: Siavash. This eccentric character is a 20+ year master DJ and legend in the Canadian dance music scene. In addition to being the creative architect behind successful venues and brands, he has carved a touring career with sheer performance skills -renowned as an animated turntablist and musical journey-weaving wizard. Siavash’s iconic and unmistakable sound resembles the charming personality that draws so many to him: powerful, dirty, soulful, magnetic and deeply emotional. This wild range is something he has managed to harness in this ninth release, ‘Fade To White’. 

Techno gods Pig&Dan have always been one of Siavash’s top favourite acts in the electronic music world. Considering that he has been obsessively playing their records from their first release in almost every set over the past two decades, Siavash was honoured to have the duo remix his original into a glorious anthem. As a perfect compliment to Siavash’s epic yet more gentle original, Pig&Dan’s arpeggiated dancefloor monster will bring flashbacks of the sweatiest underground allnighter.
